Sponsoring and Hosting LSI
Training Programs
Organizations can contract with LSI to provide lectures, seminars and short courses on a wide range of topics. The programs vary in length from one hour to several days or more. The sponsor is normally responsible for providing facilities, audio-visual equipment, and any desired food or refreshments.
In conjunction with the training faculty/employees and staff; LSI offers a complimentary one to three hour “Leadership” seminar for administrators and managers. The seminar “Leadership In Safety: The Role of Administrators or Managers” clarifies their critical part in an effective organizational safety program.
Cosponsoring -
One excellent way to
reduce the cost of the program is for the interested sponsor to identify a
co-sponsor(s). The co-sponsor(s) then shares the cost of the program fee, travel
expenses and food. The co-sponsor(s) is responsible for their participants’
materials expenses.
Hosting –
The host normally provides facilities, audio-visual equipment, any desired food or refreshments, and assists with the promotion of the program to other organizations. The host is offered the lowest advertised rate for its participants.
The Benefits of Hosting:
(1) The host picks dates that are most convenient
(2) The host pays the lowest group rate for any number of participants
(3) The host receives one complimentary registration
