Cancellations received less than seven business days prior are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%, or can be applied fully to a future course, product or service. An alternate may be appointed to attend up to the last minute, without any additional cost. No-shows are subject to the full registration fee. LSI reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment.
