Our team evaluates critical areas of your safety practices and processes, including:

  • On-site Laboratory Inspections – Physical walkthroughs of your lab spaces to assess conditions and compliance.

  • Stakeholder Interviews – One-on-one conversations with lab staff, EHS managers, administrators, and leadership to understand daily practices and safety culture.

  • 33-Point Audit – A structured evaluation covering training, PPE, chemical management, emergency preparedness, waste handling, and more.

  • Safety Document Review – Examination of your written policies, SOPs, incident reports, and organizational structure to check for alignment and effectiveness.

The 4-Phase Safety 360 Process
