For course registrations we ask that you do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements.
Registration payments are not processed until the course is confirmed. Once a registration payment is processed, you can receive a refund up until the day of the course if you know you will not be able to attend. No-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
All cancellations received prior to the course, seminar, or webinar qualify for 100 percent credit which may apply the tuition to a future course, seminar, webinar, product, or service. If you prefer, you may appoint an alternate to attend up to the last minute, without any additional cost.
Any no-shows are subject to forfeiting the full registration fee.
Once registration payment has been processed, the method of payment cannot be changed.
LSI reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants of canceled courses will be notified as soon as the decision has been made. LSI’s responsibility will not exceed the amount of the collected tuition. Please confirm with LSI before making non-refundable travel arrangements.

Returns are accepted and refunds issued minus shipping and handling once products are received back.
We do not have a “viewing” of all our products, if you wish to place an order and want to view a product before hand please order with a purchase order and fill out or credit application. You will have 30 days to send back the order and cancel before payment.
